Different thicknesses are for different purpose, like the thin 2.2 mm is suitable for surface overlay decoration, 2.7 mm, 3.0 mm and 3.2 mm are good balance for strength and cost, 4 mm and 5 mm are for market where these thicker ones are preferred and necessary.

Flexibile Toughness
The flexible toughness is a characteristic for this PVC marble sheet, usually the good enough quality is very enough for interior wall cladding and decoration, it does not require very good toughness in feature. If buyer requires good toughness, we can produce it for custom requirement, like the toughness should meet the bending of 90 degree or more. The PVC resin proportion in preparations of formula plays a big role on this issue. The more PVC resin added, the tougher in feature, the better quality, the more expensive. If no high requirement on toughness, common quality level is a recommendation for price advantage in business and marketing.
UV Coating
This layer is formed by fluorocarbon paint cured by UV, this is a technology called UV curing process. It functions the protective layer outside to contribute to the features of moisture proof, anti scratch or wear, and corrosion like acids, alkali and mold. Good UV coating can form a thick enough layer which can make this item serve in good status for 25 to 30 years, but common or poor UV coating only can achieve more than ten years or even several years.

The main VOC for interior decoration is formaldehyde. From the raw materials and production technology, it has this sheet manufactured without VOC release. It is very capable for test standards in developing and developed countries.
Light Permeable
